Make sure that you are logging in with your MyNMSU credentials.

If you still can't access library resources, you can try using NMSU's Virtual Private Network (VPN) that makes your computer appear to be on a campus IP address. The information about VPN is in the Remote Access to NMSU Data and Systems section of the NMSU Technology Resources for Students webpage.
